vegetable bigNew Delhi, Wednesday, September 24 – Season of more than a few festivals is just here. Navratri is to start from tomorrow that will be followed by dashami, dhanteras and diwali, which will fall in October. At a time when people are making all efforts to celebrate the upcoming festivals with their family and friends, inflating rates of variety of vegetables are annoying them to huge extent.

As per latest reports, price of potato per kg has gone up from Rs 30 to Rs 40. Slight rise are also noticed in the rates of bottle gourd, tomato, lemon and pumpkin. The masses are all set to bear the brunt of inflation given that sky-high rates of common vegetables seem to pinch their pockets another time.
