• Avoid Lack of Sleep : –

Laziness throughout 24 * 7, dizziness, and nausea are some of the problems that arise due to lack of sleep. A proper sleep of 6 to 8 hours is the core element behind a good health. First advice of doctors and health experts to the patients facing health issues is to have apt sleep at night. In fact, studies have shown that a nap of 20 minutes to 60 minutes during mid-afternoon is good for health and helps in relieving all sorts of tensions from mind. Instead of wasting time on social networking sites and long conversations on mobile phones, go to your bed early as it has been said correctly that early to bed and early to rise, makes and man healthy, wealthy and wise.

• Nutritious Diet : –

There is no substitute for nutritious diet. No matter, you are an office goer, housewife, mother, father or a child, ignorance of healthy food may lead towards various health issues. It is best to eat good rather than visiting a doctor. Include fruits and vegetables that are major sources of vitamins, minerals and fibres, for instance, oranges, apples, kiwi, papaya etc.

• Avoid Alcohol :-

Alcohol is the main source for creating lots of troubles in life. This not only ruins the life of an individual but also leaves his family totally devastated. A control over alcohol is always recommended. More to the point, quit smoking since this creates severe risks for the human health. Switch over healthy drinks and shakes made from fresh veggies and seasonal fruits which will help boosting great immunity. Probiotic drinks that are made from fermented milk are one of the finest options too.

• Say Yes to Water and Milk Products : –

Lack of water gives birth to several fitness problems and to avoid this, one should drink as a minimum of 6 to 8 litres of water each day. This makes your face look glowing and perfectly fresh. Add milk products, for example, soyabean milk, cottage cheese, curd, butter and ghee, in your breakfast, lunch and dinner. Give a desi twist to your taste buds by making mint lassi, cheese chapati etc. at home with fresh and thoroughly washed vegetables.

• Watch over the Sweet Tooth : –

If you have a sweet tooth and love to try new flavors in sweet dishes, then it is an alarming time. Any food item that is eaten in required amount is good for health because of the calories involved in the stuff but its access can show adverse effect. Those who enjoy munching sweets in the forms of chocolates, candy bars, toffees, muffins and mithais prepared from sugar, milk, flour and condensed milk etc. need to be more careful towards their health. It is better to be awaken early rather than delaying. Instead of sugary eatables, switch over naturally sweet items. Prepare custard or rice kheer using pomegranate seeds, banana, melons, raisins and apricots which have natural tendency of bringing syrupiness in several sweet dishes.
